In order to promote a culture of ethics and legality in the workplace, as well as to create a climate of transparency, Casagrande S.p.A. has set up an online reporting channel for any violations or alleged offences committed by persons belonging to the company organisation, so-called “whistleblowing”.
Casagrande S.p.A. ensures the utmost safeguard, confidentiality and protection to the whistleblower/reporter from retaliation, unlawfulness, conditioning, inconvenience and discrimination of any kind, for duly reporting a violation in compliance with EU Directive 2019/1937 and Legislative Decree 24/2023.
This reporting channel concerns only the violations provided for in the above-mentioned regulations, listed below:
- (a) Offences and misdemeanours relating, inter alia, to the following conduct:
- Bribery;
- Money laundering, financial, tax and accounting offences;
- Conflicts of interest;
- Privacy and protection of personal data;
- Anti-competitive practices;
- Commercial sanctions;
- Safety and compliance of products and services;
- Public health;
- Security of networks and information systems;
- Environmental protection;
- Corporate tax evasion;
- Fraud.
- (b) Threat or prejudice to the public interest;
- (c) Illegal conduct relevant under Legislative Decree 231/2001;
- (d) Violation of applicable laws on moral or sexual harassment, discrimination and violence in the workplace;
- (e) Failure to respect human rights;
- (f) Violation of the principle of non-retaliation.
