How do we process personal data?
In computerised and paper form, in compliance with all precautionary measures applied by the Data Controller to guarantee security, confidentiality and control.
The data may also be stored and processed on servers located outside the European Community in compliance with the relevant regulations in force.
To whom do we disclose personal data? (Categories of Recipients)
- Employees, collaborators, persons appointed and authorised by the Controller;
- Service providers, who act as Data Processors pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR, such as, for example, the entity managing the website;
- Subjects entitled by law to access the data;
